I am reaching Singapore in last week of November, and will be staying for 3 nights.
Please suggest some safe and CLEAN hotel within price range of S$ 100 to S$ 125 per night ( for a twin beds room + breakfast). It would be great if hotel is near to MRT.
Please also suggest which are hip places nowadays with respect to good music and dance floor.

There is a hotel within your budget but you need to book online. The hotel is called Robertson Quay Hotel and the online promotion rate is S$110 (normal rate: S$150) and its within walking distance to Chinatown MRT Station. (walk towards OG at Upper Cross Street). Its provide continental Buffet Breakfast if you book online. Its easy access to many places in Singapore and its located inside the city area. Direct bus route (123 & 143) to Orchard Road Shopping District, which is nearby (10-15 mins bus ride away). Little India can be reached by MRT (3 stations, 7 min) or bus no. 64 (7 bus stops, 10-15 min).
For the latter one, you can try Boat Quay or Orchard Road as many night clubbers go to. Those places are nearer to the hotel. Joo Chiat area is another place to try on. Take bus no. 33 towards Bedok at Apollo Center (walk towards Havelock Road and turn right into Eu Tong Sen Street). Alight at Tembeling Road or Joo Chiat Place.
